Delete Your Dargano Account

You can permanently delete your Dargano account and associated personal data at any time.

Dargano provides account deletion directly within the Dargano app.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Dargano app.
  2. Sign in to your Dargano account.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Account & Data.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Review the information that will be deleted.
  7. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
  8. Complete the confirmation step shown in the app.

Once the deletion is successfully completed, your account will no longer be available for use.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your Dargano account, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including, where applicable:

  • Profile information
  • Goals
  • Daily check-ins
  • Habits
  • Habit history and logs
  • Recommendations
  • Personal Experiments
  • Experiment measurements
  • Progress information
  • Weekly reviews
  • AI Coach conversations and messages
  • Notification preferences
  • Other personal information associated with your Dargano account

Data That May Need to Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate legal purposes, security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.

Where information is required to be retained, it will be retained only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Unable to Delete Your Account in the App?

If you cannot access your Dargano account or cannot complete the deletion process within the app, contact us:

Please include the email address associated with your Dargano account so that we can identify your account and process your request.

For security purposes, we may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing a deletion request.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your Dargano account does not necessarily cancel subscriptions or payments managed separately through Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider. If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it through the relevant app store or payment provider.
